Just a few more things we need to help tie everything together:

  1. Wedding Invitation. Please mail a copy to: Best Day Ever Hawaii, PO Box 25398, Honolulu, Hawaii 96825

  2. Guest List. Please email us your guest list in Excel or Numbers format. Fields should include: First Name, Last Name, Family Name, Number Attending, Kids Ages. Guests' mailing address is optional.

  3. Email Correspondences. Please CC us on any important emails that contain details that we should be aware of, i.e. emails from vendors, entertainers/performers, family members, etc. Please keep us in the loop of any and all details. Forward us any important emails that may contain changes to contracts, written agreements, etc. 

  4. Vendor Contracts. Please scan and email us copies of all of your vendor contracts. Most contracts/agreements are delivered via email, go ahead and forward those emails to us as well. 

  5. Sample of Decor Details. Inform BDE of all design elements. Please email us photos of guest favors, programs, signage, votives, etc.

  6. Pinterest Account Name. Your Pinterest will help us get a better understanding of your wedding ideas and decor. [Please enter the information below]

  7. Trip Itinerary. Let us know when you'll be flying in.
